Job submission's guidelines

Abstracts of oral presentations and posters may be sent from 28th of February until 20th of April, 2018, only through the event official email ( The approval of the abstracts will be the responsibility of the scientific committee.

The abstracts must have the following structure to be accepted:

  • Abstract (Spanish and/or English versions).
  • Letter type and size: Arial 12 with an interlinear space, maximum extension of 350 words.
  • Title in Spanish and English in capital letters - except the names of animal or plant species; Authors´ names must start with the surnames followed by a comma-space and the names (surname-comma-space-names), example. Rojas Benítez, Ricardo Andrés.
  • Include after author´s name the represented institution (University, Institute, Department, research group, center, company, guild, etc.), the position and the author´s email. If there is more than one author, the information must be separated by simple space between authors. The presenter should be noted among other authors.
  • Additional to the Abstract the presenter´s or speaker´s telephone number, the presentation type (oral or poster) and general topic ( see thematic areas) are required to include.
  • Abstract should indicate the research importance, the objectives, the methodology, the results and the relevant conclusions.
Note: It should not include references or formulas.
